Your privacy is important to you and to us, and so we’ll protect the information you share with us.   We want to be clear about what personal information we hold about you and this policy sets out the basis upon which your details are collected by us and how they are used.  

 

The personal information we collect is given to us by you in person, online, via our website, via email, phone, in writing or other correspondence.   We will use your information to provide and manage the services you have asked for and contact you in this respect.

  • Email Newsletters

    When you join our email newsletter via our website by using the “subscribe” form, we store the information you provide securely.   You can opt out from our newsletters by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of every edition, or you can contact us directly and we’ll remove you from the list. You can re subscribe at any time if you change your mind.


  • Our Website

    Our website does not collect any personal information, other than the details you submit to us via the “Enquire now” form. These forms are emailed to us and maybe stored on a server.

     

    We use cookies to gather anonymous statistical information about how our website is being used, to see which pages you visit and in which order. This is anonymous, we aggregate the information gathered, and use it to improve the design and content of our website. We use Google analytics to do this.     We don’t have any third party advertising so therefore there are no other cookies on our site.   If you prefer not to receive any cookies, you may be able to block some of them by changing your browser settings. Our website contains links to other websites, these are outside our control and are not covered by this policy.   If you access other sites using the links, you should be aware that the operators of these sites may have a different privacy policy to ours.   They may collect information and use it in different ways to us.


  • Security

    We store your personal information on secure servers which may be located outside the UK or EU, but they will always abide to the highest security standards.

    Sending information over the internet is generally not completely secure and we can’t guarantee the security of your data whilst it’s in transit; any data you send is at your own risk.   Once we have received your data we have security features in place to protect it.


  • Sharing

    In order to book your holiday we will need to share some information we hold about you with third parties such as airlines and our booking agents.   We will only provide companies as much information they need to deliver the service.

     

    We will never sell, exchange or give away any personal information that you give us. You can ask us to update or remove your personal information by writing to us or emailing us.   You also have the right to request a copy of any personal information we hold about you.

    From time to time we may update this policy and you may wish to check this page each time you submit personal information.   The latest privacy notice will always appear on this page.
